Blurb
When Yuto and Umei give birth to the story's protagonist, they learn that they're destined to be killed off in the first episode. Expecting their melodramatic death scene to strike at any moment, they struggle to cheat death, act like they know what they’re doing, and raise their hyper-energetic, ticking time bomb of a daughter named Mishi.
Will Yuto and Umei be able to build the family they want when the start of their daughter’s story means the end of theirs?

Setup
Prologue takes place in a parody of a generic fantasy story. Written into existence by a terrible author known to the character’s as “The Creator”, the world is locked in an unending war between rebels and the evil organization known as “The Dark” (they ran out of budget for branding). It’s the setup for your ordinary action story that happens to be filled with not so ordinary characters.
